Our studio salon is located in the Sharpstown area in Houston Texas. We offer a variety of services including sew-ins, i-tip installation, micro weft installation, micro loop installations and tape-ins services. We currently operate by appointment only, we do not offer walk-ins. All hair services must be booked online.

Because of the nature of our business, we only service clients and customers by appointment only. Please no walk-ins or unannounced visits to our studio location, as we will be unable to accommodate. We do offer hair products online as all of our products are listed on this website. We do offer the option for customers to purchase online and pick-up hair orders at our location.

Locating our studio

Once you have booked your appointment please be sure to check your email for your confirmation. 48-hours before your appointment your will receive a confirmation email. That email will detail additional instruction and directions on how to locate our studio. That email will also detail information on parking and how to access our building. Once you arrive to your scheduled appointment please take a seat in our lobby. Upon your arrival the stylist will come to get you for your appointment. We are located in Houston, Texas 77036.

LATE POLICY

We do not have a late fee and we allow a 20-minute grace period for service appointments. If you arrive to your appointment after the 20-minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you wish to reschedule you will be required to submit a new deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No call/ No show to an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your access to request and book future appointments will be denied.

RESCHEDULING

A minimum of 48-hour notice will be required to reschedule appointments. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will complete that request from the confirmation email that will be sent to your email at the time you book your appointment. We will not accommodate rescheduling or cancellation requests by phone, text message, or email outside of our booking site. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour grace period has passed, you will need to submit a new deposit to secure a new appointment. Any appointment rescheduled, must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment, after that time frame a new deposit will be required to reschedule. One reschedule per appointment. .

DEPOSITS

All installation services require a $50 deposit due when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will automatically be deducted when booking your appointment online through our booking site. Your deposit will go towards your service appointment.

PAYMENTS

We accept Cash, Zelle and credit or debit card to settle the remaining balance of your service appointment. If you choose to use credit or debit card to settle your remaining balance there will be a service fee of 3.5% charged for transaction fee. We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, or any other methods. Please be prepared with either cash, Zelle or card.

PURCHASING HAIR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

We require that you purchase any hair products that are needed for your installation appointments at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment from our website. Although we do keep full inventory of our hair products, it is important that your order be available and ready for your scheduled appointment.

APPOINTMENT COLOR PROCESSING POLICY

If you plan to book color add-on for your installation services, we require that you pre-purchase your hair products from our website at least 3-4 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to pre-purchase hair products within this time frame, we will be unable to accommodate color processing of hair products for your appointment, and the add-on service will be removed from your booking.

If you will be providing your own hair for installation services and you wish to have your hair products colored or dyed for your hair appointment, you are required to drop off your hair products to the salon at least 3-4 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to drop off hair products within this time frame, we will be unable to accommodate color processing of hair products for your appointment.

Preparing for your Sew-in Appointments

We ask that your arrive to this service appointment with your hair ready for service. Shampoo and condition is included with our sew-in services. However, we ask that your hair be free of braids, tangles, ect. If you have previously removed braids from your hair, please ensure that you have thoroughly comb through and detangled your hair, removing shedded hair and tangles. If your hair is not detangled, and requires comb through and detangling before your service, you will be charged and additional $50.00 for the detangling/prep services.

If you need to purchase hair from the salon, we require that you pre-purchase your bundles and hair products at least 48 hours, no later than 24 hours before your appointment, via our online website. Although we keep full inventory, selected hair may or may not be onsite, so to guarantee hair availability please adhere to our guidelines. We do allow our clients to bring hair of your choosing for your install appointment.

If you plan to bring hair to your appointment please ensure that the hair is clean and ready to be installed. We also ask that you not bring hair that has been cut in many pieces, as we will not be able to use pieced hair for installs.

Please be sure to add-on any additional services you may need with your install appointment. Because of time restraints I will not accept any add-on requests once you sit in the chair. Unfortunately, I will decline your request for same day appointment add-ons, no exceptions.

If you require a previous sew-in removed before your appointment, please make sure that you add-on the removal service when booking your appointment. Removals before installs do require additional scheduling time. If you have a prior install and need it removed, please book that add-on, failure to book your add-on may result in the cancellation of your appointment if time does not permit.

If you are a first time client and you have a sew-in that was installed by another stylist and/or salon, please have that install removed and your hair ready for your scheduled service before showing up to your appointment. Unfortunately, we do not remove sew-in installs that were not installed at our studio. Showing up to your appointment failing to follow these guidelines will result in your appointment being cancelled and last-minute cancellation fee.

Preparing for iTip, Micro Weft and Tape-in Services

These services require a consultation prior to booking. Information and instruction on what is needed and what is provided for these services will be discussed at the consultation.
