LATE POLICY
We do not have a late fee and we allow a 20-minute grace period for service appointments. If you arrive to your appointment after the 20-minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you wish to reschedule you will be required to submit a new deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No call/ No show to an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your access to request and book future appointments will be denied.
RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48-hour notice will be required to reschedule appointments. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will complete that request from the confirmation email that will be sent to your email at the time you book your appointment. We will not accommodate rescheduling or cancellation requests by phone, text message, or email outside of our booking site. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour grace period has passed, you will need to submit a new deposit to secure a new appointment. Any appointment rescheduled, must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment, after that time frame a new deposit will be required to reschedule. One reschedule per appointment. .
DEPOSITS
All installation services require a $50 deposit due when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will automatically be deducted when booking your appointment online through our booking site. Your deposit will go towards your service appointment.
PAYMENTS
We accept Cash, Zelle and credit or debit card to settle the remaining balance of your service appointment. If you choose to use credit or debit card to settle your remaining balance there will be a service fee of 3.5% charged for transaction fee. We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, or any other methods. Please be prepared with either cash, Zelle or card.
PURCHASING HAIR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We require that you purchase any hair products that are needed for your installation appointments at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment from our website. Although we do keep full inventory of our hair products, it is important that your order be available and ready for your scheduled appointment.
APPOINTMENT COLOR PROCESSING POLICY
If you plan to book color add-on for your installation services, we require that you pre-purchase your hair products from our website at least 3-4 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to pre-purchase hair products within this time frame, we will be unable to accommodate color processing of hair products for your appointment, and the add-on service will be removed from your booking.
If you will be providing your own hair for installation services and you wish to have your hair products colored or dyed for your hair appointment, you are required to drop off your hair products to the salon at least 3-4 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to drop off hair products within this time frame, we will be unable to accommodate color processing of hair products for your appointment.
Preparing for your Sew-in Appointments
We ask that your arrive to this service appointment with your hair ready for service. Shampoo and condition is included with our sew-in services. However, we ask that your hair be free of braids, tangles, ect. If you have previously removed braids from your hair, please ensure that you have thoroughly comb through and detangled your hair, removing shedded hair and tangles. If your hair is not detangled, and requires comb through and detangling before your service, you will be charged and additional $50.00 for the detangling/prep services.
If you need to purchase hair from the salon, we require that you pre-purchase your bundles and hair products at least 48 hours, no later than 24 hours before your appointment, via our online website. Although we keep full inventory, selected hair may or may not be onsite, so to guarantee hair availability please adhere to our guidelines. We do allow our clients to bring hair of your choosing for your install appointment.
If you plan to bring hair to your appointment please ensure that the hair is clean and ready to be installed. We also ask that you not bring hair that has been cut in many pieces, as we will not be able to use pieced hair for installs.
Please be sure to add-on any additional services you may need with your install appointment. Because of time restraints I will not accept any add-on requests once you sit in the chair. Unfortunately, I will decline your request for same day appointment add-ons, no exceptions.
If you require a previous sew-in removed before your appointment, please make sure that you add-on the removal service when booking your appointment. Removals before installs do require additional scheduling time. If you have a prior install and need it removed, please book that add-on, failure to book your add-on may result in the cancellation of your appointment if time does not permit.
If you are a first time client and you have a sew-in that was installed by another stylist and/or salon, please have that install removed and your hair ready for your scheduled service before showing up to your appointment. Unfortunately, we do not remove sew-in installs that were not installed at our studio. Showing up to your appointment failing to follow these guidelines will result in your appointment being cancelled and last-minute cancellation fee.

traditional sew-in
This install allows the client to leave out a minimal amount of hair in which will be used to cover over installed tracks. Shampoo and moisturizing hair conditioner are included with this service. The client will decide if a left, right, or middle part is desired. The hair is then braided down, and a protective weaving net is sewn to the base to give a firm, even foundation. Blending layers and styling included with this service. Once installation is complete install will be styled in one of four styles. The hair will either be left in its natural state, flat ironed bone straight, curled in beachy waves or romance curled.
Versatile Sew-in
This install is for clients who wish to have more versatility with styling of the install. With this install the client will decide whether their parting will be left, right or center. Hair will be left out in the desired parting area as well as the entire perimeter of the client’s head. This allows the client to wear their hair pulled in a high, medium, or low ponytail. For the best results we recommend that the client have edges over 6 - 8inches of hair. A weaving net is sewn to the base to provide firm, even foundation. Shampoo, Conditioner and Cut included with this service.
Lace Closure sew-in
This install is known to be a completely protective sew-in. With this install all the client’s hair is braided in its entirety, and a weaving net is sewn to the base to give a firm, even foundation. Shampoo and moisturizing hair conditioner are included with this service. This service the client will use a 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6 closure. Blending layers and styling included with this service. Once installation is complete install will be styled in one of four styles. The hair will either be left in its natural state, flat ironed bone straight, curled in beachy waves or romance curled.
Quickweave
This install weave tracks are bonded to a protective cap placed over the natural hair, allowing for a fast and versatile hairstyle transformation. This method provides a sleek and natural look while minimizing tension on the scalp. Once installation is complete install will be styled in one of four styles. The hair will either be left in its natural state, flat ironed bone straight, curled in beachy waves or romance curled.
Dominican Blowout
Our authentic Dominican Blowout process we use only Dominican shampoos and conditioners to provide a natural luxurious press, eliminating frizz and full of shine and body. This process does not involve chemicals of any type. The hair is shampooed, conditioned, roller-set, blowout and pressed or body curled for the finished look. Our Dominican blowouts generally last around 2-4 weeks.
U-Part Wig Installation
This service includes shampoo, condition, braid down and wig installation. Additional add-on services are available for this service. Blending layers and styling included with this service. Once installation is complete install will be styled in one of four styles. The hair will either be left in its natural state, flat ironed bone straight, curled in beach waves (loose curls/waves) or romance curled (tight-curls).
