Shipping Timeframe

Processing time for hair bundles is 1-2 business days. After your order has processed, we will immediately release it to FED-EX or DHL for shipment.

This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a possible Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package., is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR DISPOSED PACKAGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a shipment is returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional cost related to reshipment.

Delivery Confirmation

We require a signature upon receipt of all shipments. Please ensure whom the package is addressed to is the person available for delivery. No signatures can be waived on a package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local FedEx or DHL office for pick-up for up to two weeks’ time before being Returned to Sender.

In-Store Pick Up

We offer pick-up of online orders at our Houston, Texas location. If a customer elects to pick-up their online order, the customer must wait to receive notification that the order is ready for pick-up. Bundles, are available for pickup usually within 6 - 24 hours after order confirmation. All online pick-up orders are only available to be picked-up during regular business hours. Our pick-up location address is 7447 Harwin Drive, Suite 240, Houston, TX 77036. Please no walk-ins, and please wait to receive your pick-up ready notification before attempting to retrieve your order.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package via or and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will need to contact the responsible shipping service right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package. We will make every effort possible assist in the effort to locate your lost package. In the event that the carrier is unable to locate a lost or missing package, we will promptly make arrangements to reissue your order after the investigation is complete.

Mis-Delivered/ Stolen Packages

Due to the Covid Pandemic some carriers may elect to use a contactless method when delivering packages. If you have an issue with a mis-delivered or stolen delivery that has been marked as delivered, we advise that you reach out directly to the Carrier of your package.

Once an order is processed and sent out for shipment you will be sent tracking information. Please ensure that you familiarize yourself with your estimated delivery date. If you need your delivery to be held at the carrier’s office or delivered at a later time, you may contact the carrier directly to ensure the delivery or your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that are deemed stolen or missing after confirmed Delivery.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via FEDEX or DHL to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee FEDEX or DHL charges us to make the correction or to reship the product(s). NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
